Our process has evolved from research and practical experience. It embraces modern science, humanistic and transpersonal psychology and ancient, mystical wisdom. It engages the physical and the meta-physical dimensions and develops the practical tools of leadership and the intangible aspects such as intuition, inspiration and charisma.
The process is built around the concept of transformation. We provide the catalyst for change and then the support on the development journey. The word 'holistic' is much used today but we do engage with the whole person - body mind and spirit - and their world.
