The Chalybeate Leadership Philosophy and Dimensions of Leadership Model provides the framework for our development process. It deals with the practical skills but also the intangible dimensions of leadership - vision, intuition, inspiration and charisma.

Leadership requires a balance between thought and action and the wisdom to know which course to choose at any given time. Our work is to develop the thinking and the ability to make things happen, the balance between the two and 'that' wisdom.
