 About Us
Chalybeate was formed in 1992 by
Peter Danby and Mike Rawlins. Over the years we have worked with individuals and teams from a range of blue chip organisations across Europe.
Our programmes are all designed specifically for a client and are based on the unique development model that we have created.
Chaly'beate (kalibiat) a. (Of mineral water or spring) impregnated with iron salts and endowed with healing qualities [f. mod. L. chalybeatus. f. L. chalybs]
We called ourselves Chalybeate because we just liked the sound of the word and it was different enough to suit our desire to be unconventional. But is has come to reflect something of our philosophy too.
A spring is the source. It provides the energy from which new streams can flow. It is fresh, it restores, it brings life and new energy.
